Ballack for Chelsea
Star Germany and Bayern Munich player Michael Ballack is hoping to join Chelsea before the starting of the 2006 FIFA World Cup. His agent Michael Beckar told BBC sport that they have had talks only with Chelsea till now and they are the ones he and Ballack might be aiming for as Ballack's next club. Ballack's contract with Bayern finish this summer and he wants to play in Chelsea and wants Jose Mourinho to set up a 'dream partnership' with thier midfielder Frank Lampard. Beckar has said that they are 'exclusively talking to Chelsea' at the moment. Other clubs have showed thier interests too but they are talking only to Chelsea at the moment. If Ballack joins Chelsea, he can make this club more stronger and Chelsea might have the chance to take the Premeir League their way once again, next year. Ballack might be joining Chelsea on a contract for £120,000 per week.
